The Story Behind the Villa
Drawn to the extraordinary beauty of the Itria Valley, Luciana Dusenszky Vitale and her husband, Guido Roberto Vitale, chose this hillside in 2005 to create a home unlike any other. Working closely with architect Vincenzo Melluso, they personally curated every aspect of the project, shaping a residence where elegance is expressed through thoughtful simplicity, exceptional craftsmanship and a remarkable collection of artworks and objects gathered from around the world. Every space reflects their vision of hospitality - deeply personal, timeless and immersed in the beauty of the Apulian landscape.

Ancient Masseria
The original Masseria celebrates the timeless beauty of local stone, featuring a spacious living room with magnificent vaulted ceilings and elegant interiors that reflect the authentic character of Puglia. The sleeping area includes six bedrooms: a secluded ground-floor double bedroom with a private terrace, an elegant Master Suite on the first floor with its own lounge and terrace, and four additional double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The Masseria also offers a study overlooking the gardens, a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor dining area, and a guest bathroom, combining tradition, comfort and understated luxury.

Contemporary Villa
The Contemporary Villa is defined by clean lines and minimalist white architecture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, an intimate living room with a decorative fireplace, a TV room, guest bathroom, and three interconnected en-suite bedrooms open directly onto the infinity pool. Upstairs, a spectacular light-filled living area features a Steinway piano, a curated private art collection, and a private study overlooking the gardens and centuries-old olive trees. The lower level is dedicated to wellness, with an indoor counter-current swimming pool, hammam, and discreet staff quarters

Passageaways
A network of thoughtfully designed passageways seamlessly connects every part of the Villa, creating a sense of continuity while ensuring comfort, privacy and discretion. Overlooking both the surrounding greenery and the interior spaces, these walkways are enriched with carefully curated artworks, giving the Villa its distinctive character and timeless elegance.
