The Data Controller does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR. Should such information be voluntarily provided by the user, it will be processed only to the extent necessary to respond to the request.

Personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• handling availability requests for stays at Villa Dusenszky Vitale;

For the purposes described above, personal data may be processed by parties acting on behalf of the Data Controller, including:

• Wix.com Ltd., as provider of the platform, site hosting, and contact form;

• Google Ireland Limited, for statistical analysis services via Google Analytics, where active;

• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, limited to interactions with the Villa Dusenszky Vitale, Instagram page;

• administrative, tax, accounting, IT, and legal consultants;

• public authorities where required by law.

These parties process data solely within the scope of their respective duties and in compliance with applicable law.
