Living
The Villa features a variety of indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. A cozy and intimate sitting room in the Ancient Masseria, a bright and expansive living room overlooking the olive groves, a reading lounge with a fireplace, and a separate TV lounge. Outdoors, several lounge areas are available by the pool and in carefully selected spots throughout the beautiful garden.
Dining
The Villa offers several indoor and outdoor dining areas. The spacious and elegant main dining room is located in Building 2 of the Ancient Masseria and opens onto a large, airy patio overlooking the garden, perfect for al fresco lunch and dinner.
Another dining area is located by the pool, where a spacious shaded dining table welcomes guests.
Kitchens
The Villa features a fully equipped professional kitchen with views of the surrounding greenery from every side, located in Building 2 of the Ancient Masseria, with a private dining table. There is also a smaller kitchen in Building 1 of the Ancient Masseria and a service kitchen in the Contemporary Villa. By the pool, a support kitchen with a barbecue.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom has its own distinctive character, thoughtfully designed with a refined and timeless aesthetic that reflects the spirit of the Villa. Spacious, light-filled interiors overlook the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful atmosphere where comfort, privacy and understated elegance come together.

Elegant passageways connect every part of the Villa, creating the feeling of one harmonious residence across multiple levels. Framed by views of the gardens and enriched with artworks and decorative objects from the family's private collection, each transition becomes part of the experience.

Dedicated to relaxation and well-being, the Villa features both spectacular outdoor and indoor wellness spaces. An infinity pool with shaded lounging areas and an outdoor kitchen is complemented by a serene spa with a heated pool, counter-current swimming and a traditional hammam.

Paintings, sculptures and carefully curated decorative objects from the Dusenszky Vitale family’s private collection enrich every room, creating a refined dialogue between architecture, design and culture, and giving each space its own distinctive character.
